Photographic Craftsman Gary D. Lloyd has become known as the Washington area's leading portraitist. His photography has won awards at different levels, and he has been awarded the top state and national awards, including:

• Professional Photographer of America National Award
• Maryland Professional Photographer of the Year
• Southeastern Professional Photographer Award

Mr. Lloyd's photography has also been awarded the prestigious Photographic Craftsman by the Professional Photographers of America. Gary Lloyd's success in portraying people uniquely and creatively stems from his study of classical art both here and in Europe. The studio is conveniently located near Falls and River Roads.

 

Louise Meurer

As an original founder of Lloyd Meurer Portrait Studio, Louise Meurer has assumed responsibility for growing and maintaining the business for over 20 years. Louise brings to the studio her creative talents in the area of artwork, sales and management. Responsible for all of the artwork that the studio produces, Louise has studied with renowned art and retouching experts throughout the country.

Louise takes exceptional personal pride in the time she spends with each individual client. She personally consults with them prior to their portrait sitting, as well as meets with them to review the final portraits and assists in choosing their heirloom quality portrait.
